My Story

Madhavi Vijaykumar Chekatla

Founder & Chairperson

PhD . Scholar in Health Sciences ( Lincoln, Malaysia)

Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN, USA)

As a wife, mother, nature lover, and lifelong learner, I have always been passionate about health and nutrition. Currently, I am a Ph.D. scholar in health sciences and a graduate of the Integrative Nutritional Health Coach program from IIN, which is accredited by the New York State Education Department.

Initially, I pursued a career in nutrition and worked in the pharmaceutical industry in India. However, when my family and I relocated to a new country, I found myself feeling unfulfilled and unsatisfied with my work. Despite this, I took up a job in Pharma that was not quite in line with my passion.

One day, I developed a sharp pain in my neck and lost my sense of balance. I ignored these symptoms and continued with my routine, but my health took a turn for the worse. I experienced anxiety, panic, and nervousness, which led me to take medicines. When I met with my doctor and mentioned my recent experiences, she checked my blood pressure and found that it was quite high, which came as a surprise to both of us.

The diagnosis of high blood pressure sent me into a state of anxiety and panic, and I began seeking out different forms of alternative medicine, supplements, consulting with different doctors and dieticians. Unfortunately, none of these approaches worked for me, and I struggled with weight gain due to reduced mobility. My anxiety and the process of trying different solutions also disrupted my gut microbiome, further complicating my health.

I found myself in a difficult situation, facing body shaming and negativity from those around me. However, I decided to take charge of my situation and my life. I began to study holistic health management, including nutrition, and I found that linking this with spirituality could yield positive overall results. It was a brave decision to go my own way, but I knew that no one could care about my health more than myself.

With help and support from my family and friends, I began to see positive changes in my health. People could visibly tell that I had gone through a transformative process of healing, and they began consulting with me for their own health challenges.

Today, my energy levels are palpable. I am passionate about being of service to others who may be looking for solutions to their own health issues. I am confident in the process I went through.

My endeavour is to make a difference in as many lives as possible through the adoption of healthier choices and self-care routines. Small steps done consistently over time can lead to big changes.
